Medicinal Plant Garden: Preserving Nature’s Healing Touch

At JITS College of Pharmacy, we recognize the importance of herbs and their role in traditional and modern medicine. To promote the conservation and understanding of medicinal plants, we have established an herbal garden featuring over 100 rare, threatened, and commercially significant medicinal plants sourced from various regions of Andhra Pradesh.

The garden is dedicated to the maintenance and conservation of these valuable plants, including endangered, threatened, and endemic species from diverse agro-climatic zones of India. This effort ensures a sustainable supply of raw materials for research and development in the herbal and aromatic fields.
